Our Story
Pablo and Elizabeth founded TruHumanitas in Barcelona after careers spent inside some of the most demanding leadership environments in global business. Across those years, including working with CEOs and boards through ownership transitions, rapid growth and strategic resets, one thing held constant:
Leadership was always the defining variable.
Not strategy alone but the people at the top, and whether they were genuinely aligned in how they thought (I), how they related (We) and what they delivered (It). They founded TruHumanitas to work on that alignment, at the moments when it matters most. They pride themselves in establishing a firm with an ethos and the mentality of executives and practitioners to make the work really practical. They believe in bringing the learning their team has had in organizations around the world to guide clients with practicality, vulnerability and impact.
Built by executives
TruHumanitas was built on a simple belief: business is a people game. We're a global team of practitioners who have led talent and organizations from the inside, and who care as much about the people in the work as the results it drives. Rooted in curiosity, courage, genuine connection, and a love for the business.

Pablo Gaito
Pablo advises CEOs and their top teams at critical moments, transitions, rapid growth, and the hard work of getting a leadership team to truly operate as one. As Managing Director of Talent and Organizational Performance at The Carlyle Group, he assessed C-level teams through diligence and advised portfolio companies on the leadership behind the investment thesis. Before that, he was Chief Administrative Officer at PayRetailers, Chief Human Resources Officer at Credit Sesame, and Head of Talent at ServiceNow, Gap Inc. and Cargill.
He is an Executive Fellow at IESE Business School, part of the Mobius Executive Leadership network, and a certified coach (CTI). Pablo works with the candor and vulnerability he asks of his clients, naming what others leave unsaid, and staying close enough to help people move.
Elizabeth Gaito
Elizabeth has spent more than 20 years helping executives and their teams grow, often in the most demanding conditions a business can face. As SVP of Talent at Salesforce, she led global teams through hypergrowth. As a leadership consultant at Korn Ferry, she advised executives across industries and geographies. Her early career at Cargill spanned sales, go-to-market and leadership development, giving her an operator's feel for the business behind the people.
A certified coach (CTI), Elizabeth is known for a rare combination of thoughtful challenge and genuine collaboration, creating the safety for leaders to have the honest conversations they have been avoiding. Whatever a client brings, she meets it with deep knowledge, warmth, and the practicality of someone who has done the job herself.

Sophie Gaito
Sophie leads TruHumanitas's strategic growth and operations, including how the firm brings its work to new clients and markets, and how it scales without losing what makes it distinctive. She works across the whole of the business: shaping and delivering the firm's core solutions, managing active client engagements, and driving business development and go-to-market strategy.
Practical and fast-moving, she turns the firm's thinking into the end result for clients. Her past experience includes 6 years in strategy consulting at BTS in San Francisco, London and Sydney. During this time, she worked with a variety of industries and cultures, and brings rigor, creativity and passion to the work we do.
Debbie Camerik
Debbie works across TruHumanitas's assessment and team engagements, with a particular focus on turning data into insight, including the diagnostic analysis and AI behind the firm's team-effectiveness work. She also supports the team's marketing strategy.
She is currently completing her MBA at ESADE, and brings analytical rigor, curiosity and a fresh perspective to the team.
