Elizabeth Gaito

Co-Founder

With over 20 years of experience in talent, leadership, and coaching, Elizabeth Gaito has focused on enhancing organizational effectiveness in global companies across various industries. As an executive and consultant, she has tailored talent strategies, believing that aligned leadership and talent systems drives results and sustainable growth.

Most recently, she was the SVP of Talent at Salesforce, responsible for leading global teams to support the organization’s rapid growth through talent management, new recruiting approaches, and leadership development programs.

Previously, Elizabeth worked with Korn Ferry as a leadership consultant, building talent strategies supported by competency frameworks, assessments and leadership development. Early in her career at Cargill, she developed her keen business acumen, through many international and development assignments in various roles in sales, GTM and communications.

Elizabeth's caring, authentic style and creative problem-solving ability allow her to quickly assess strengths and gaps within organizations, teams and individuals. She is a certified coach from The Coaches Training Institute and an expert in assessment. Elizabeth resides in Barcelona with her husband and children.

Pablo Gaito

Co-Founder

Pablo is a global executive advisor to CEOs and their Teams. He works with many Top Teams across all stages, conducting a thorough assessment and diagnosis of what is most needed, identifying the missing links, and working with practical tools for Executives to align, resolve conflicts and bring the best from each other in a healthy environment where individual and organizational growth is optimized.

He plays in the intersection of Business and Talent/HR, connecting purpose/vision/values to the value creation plan and to all the talent components. He has deep expertise in CEO succession and advisory, working with private and public Boards. Pablo is a certified coach from The Coaches Training Institute with Master Leadership. 

Pablo was Managing Director Talent and Org Performance at The Carlyle Group responsible for assessing C-level teams during due diligence and advising portfolio companies on a variety of Talent and Org topics. He also was CAO at PayRetailers, CHRO at Credit Sesame and Head of Talent at ServiceNow, Gap Inc. and Cargill Inc.  

He is part of the Mobius Executive Leadership Network, Russell Reynolds Leadership Development practice, Bain Advisory and Executive Fellow for IESE. 

Pablo resides in Barcelona with his wife and children.

Mitchell Stallard is a leadership and culture consultant who helps people and organizations come into focus. With a professional yet fresh approach to development, Mitchell designs and facilitates leadership programs, offsites, learning programs, and 1:1 coaching experiences that elevate the people behind the strategy.

Originally from Australia, Mitchell has spent the majority of his 20+ year career in the Bay Area and Los Angeles, working globally in leadership and organizational development roles at companies like Salesforce, Netflix, ServiceNow, and Macquarie Bank.

What sets Mitchell’s work apart is his ability to hold both depth and pragmatism. He helps leaders not only think through what to change — in themselves, their teams, or their culture — but why those shifts matter and what might be getting in the way. His approach is grounded in vertical development, supporting clients to grow their internal capacity so they can meet complex challenges with clarity, connection, and creativity.

Carles Fontanals

Carles Fontanals is a Technology Advisor who serves as a bridge between business and technology, turning strategic objectives and automation opportunities into robust, measurable solutions.

He began his career as a data engineer in telecommunications and was Head of Data at Vueling, CTO at Aliseda/Anticipa/Excent (Blackstone), where he applied AI to optimize portfolio management, impacting on revenue, cost, and quality.

He is the founder of Esbrina, where he works with clients such as Mango, Blackstone, Kids&Us, Nexera Pharmaceuticals, Porsche, Hotusa, Grupo El Fuerte, and Mesura Architects.

His core strength is rapidly understanding the problem, identifying the right solution informed by broad, cross-industry experience, executing end-to-end, and making the solution understandable and actionable for executive teams.

Carles resides in Barcelona with his wife and children.
